Return Policy

At JetCool, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy for your convenience. Electronics appliances including dehumidifiers, refrigerators, washing machines, and water dispensers can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and documents. Returns must be supported with a valid proof of purchase. If the product is found faulty or damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 24 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund after inspection. Please note, items damaged due to misuse, electrical faults, or mishandling are not eligible for return.
